Radian6 - Analysis Dashboard - Difference Between Source Tags and Post Tags
|Knowledge Article Number||000187103|
|Description||What is the difference between a post tag and a source tag?|
Post tags assign a tag to a specific social post (example, a Tweet or blog post). Post tags are applied as needed to each post to label and organize them. After the post tags are applied, they are added to the list of available post tags in workflow for future use.
Source Tags enable you to assign a tag to a specific source (for example, a Twitter user or a blog site). All past and future posts from that source that appear in your account are automatically assigned the source tag. After they are applied, they are added to the list of available source tags in workflow for future use. For example, if you apply a source tag to a Tweet made by @marketingcloud, all past and future Tweets made by @marketingcloud that appear in your results will automatically have the source tag applied to them.
Please see the Radian6 Analysis Dashboard User Guide for more information on workflow.
