Why can I not see the entire sync method screen?

- Customer does not see the whole SFO screen
- The Next or Cancel buttons on the SFO wizard are not visible
- System tray section is missing from the screen (this usually happens in Windows 8 only)
|Resolution||This issue is caused by by a display setting on the user's computer. To correct this issue, you can follow these steps:
1. Right click on your desktop and choose "Screen Resolution".
2. Click "Make text and other items larger or smaller".
3. Choose "Smaller" and click apply.
4. You will get a prompt to log off now or later. It is best to restart your machine for the changes to take effect
