|Description||Can private Inbox messages be included in Facebook Managed Account results?|
|Resolution||In order to see private inbox messages for Facebook, the user who registered the page must select Inbox Messages within the page's settings in Social Account Manager. When the box is selected, Inbox messages can be accessed by users that have visibility of the managed account within the Engagement Console, Analysis Dashboard and Radian6 Mobile.
To enable Inbox messages1. Log in to Social Account Manager.
2. Click View Page next to your registered Facebook account.
3. Click Edit next to your Facebook page. If you have not yet registered the Facebook page in Social Account Manager, click Register.
4. Under Select Content to Include select the Inbox Messages check box.
5. Click Save.
