Restart "Idle" or "Stopped" Data Sources in Social Hub

Data Sources (and any Rules used in conjunction with them) can stop functioning anytime Users are actively modifying them or if there's a system conflict, like if the Topic Profile used is deleted or is changed to "Private" visibility.

Restarting an "Idle" or "Stopped" Data Source is a fast process, completed under "Data Sources."


Steps to restart a Data Source

1. Log in to Social Hub.
2. Click Data Sources.
3. In the list of available Data Sources, find one listed as "Stopped" or "Idle" under "Status."
5. Click Start.
