Restart rules in Social Hub

Description
A Social Hub rule stops for reasons such as a user has manually stopped it or the rule was paused for more than 24 hours. You must restart the rule to action posts. 
Resolution


Restart your rules

 
1. Log in to Social Hub with the User Account that you used to create the rule.
2. Click Rules.
3. Locate the rule you're using in the list of available rules.
4. Identify your rule's status.
  • Rules highlighted in blue are running.
  • Rules highlighted in orange are paused. A countdown from 24 hours is listed to indicate when the rule will stop if its not restarted.
  • Rules highlighted in red are stopped.

5. Click the play icon to start the rule if it's listed as "Stopped" or "Paused."
