Live Agent Fields not available in Report Builder

Live Agent fields Deployment, Chat Button, and Primary Skill are not available in the Report Builder. Even after adding these fields to the Custom Report Type of Live Chat Transcripts and inspite of these fields having Visible permission for the User's profile.
View Setup Configuration permission is required on the User's profile to make these fields available in the report. Provide this Administrative permission at the profile level.
If it is only needed for a specific user, create a Permission set with this permission and assign it to the User.
Note - Granting this permission will allow user to see the Setup Pages.
