Unable to search for files when sending a Content Delivery

When sending a Content Delivery to a Contact or Lead record, you might not see any of the libraries you are a member of, nor any files.
This can happen if you are in Group Edition and you don't have Author permissions on the Library in question. For you to be able to see these libraries and their files, you need to be assigned the Author Library permission.
