Quick Text does not appear in Live Agent Console when My Domain feature is enabled and set to redirect.

Description When the My Domain feature is enabled for an Org and has the Redirect Policy set to "Redirect", no Quick Text categories/messages are available in the Quick Text chatlet in the flash-based Live Agent Console.
Resolution Option 1 (recommended): The Live Agent Console is a deprecated feature. Use Live Agent in the Salesforce Console instead.

Option 2: Change the My Domain redirect policy to "Not redirected (Recommended)" under Setup | Domain Management | My Domain, edit under "My Domain Settings"
