Rename Google Docs Attachment Related list and hide "Add Google Doc" button

Description Issue:

Customer was looking to hide the standard " Add Google Doc" menu button on the standard Google Doc Attachments Related list. Customer was able to hide the " New note" button  via Javascript but not the "Add Google Doc " Button. 

1.) Can we rename the Google Docs Notes and attachments Related List? 
2.) How can you hide the "Add Google Doc" button on the standard Related List? 
Resolution 1.) Can we rename the Google Docs Notes and attachments Related List? 

When the Add Google Docs to Salesforce service is enabled, the following changes allow users to create, edit, or view Google docs and associate them with Salesforce records: 
The Notes & Attachments related list on accounts, assets, contacts, contracts, leads, opportunities, products, and custom objects is renamed to Google Docs, Notes, & Attachments. 
The Attachments related list on cases, solutions, and campaigns is renamed to Google Docs & Attachments. 
If Salesforce CRM Content is enabled, the Libraries tab has an Add Google Doc drop-down list. 

But you cannot rename the Standard "Notes and Attachments Related List. But once the above setting is deactivated You will not see the Attachments related list name as Google Docs & Attachments. 

2.) How can you hide the "Add Google Doc" button on the standard Related List? 
To activate or deactivate the Add Google Docs to Salesforce service: 
From Setup, click Google Apps | Settings. 
Click Edit next to the Add Google Docs to Salesforce option in the Activate Google Apps Services list. 
Select or deselect the Activate checkbox. 
If you are activating the Add Google Docs to Salesforce service, read the Terms of Use and select the checkbox indicating you agree to the Terms of Use. 
Click Save.
