Description How do I Add Emails to 'Unresolved Items' when the Salesforce for Outlook Side Panel is enabled.

Scenario:

User has some emails in Outlook that need to be moved to salesforce, However there are no records existing in salesforce where the emails can be added. ( Lead / Contact etc ).

With the Side Panel enabled, emails can be added to an existing record in salesforce but cannot be moved to 'Unresolved Items' directly from the Side Panel.
Resolution Workaround to add emails to Unresolved Items when the Side Panel is enabled.

* Forward the emails to the 'My Email to Salesforce' address, which can be found from:

Login to Salesforce | Click on Your Name | My Settings | Email | My Email to Salesforce | Copy the long email address and forward emails to this email address.

Make sure the Email Associations setting is set to:

* Always send them to 'My Unresolved Items'


The other Workaround is to disable the 'Side Panel' and use the 'Add Email' button (Not Recommended)
