Push Notifications Not Working in Service Console

Description Service Console is setup to have push notifications-but users are not seeing italicized or bold items on the List View after changes are made to the Cases.
Resolution Ensure that the proper settings are applied in the Console settings:

How Lists Refresh:     Dynamic-Refresh rows that have changed in the list; highlight changed rows and italicize updated field

How Detail Pages Refresh:     None

This ensures the entire page does not refresh-only the necessary fields and records that have been modified.


"Enable Enhanced Lists" permission should be checked from User Interface.
