Why I do not see Create button in Knowledge One Widget even though I have create permission

Knowledge Article Number 000188547
Description Knowledge One is now available as a widget you can plug in to the Salesforce Console for Service.

I have set it up and it is visible, but I do not see the "New" icon to create article.

Resolution Check knowledge setting:
Setup - Customize - Knowledge - Settings, and make sure you check the following option:

If you still have any issues, please log a case with Salesforce Support.
