Report inaccessible or producing Insufficient Privileges error in Portal or Community

|Description||Report is not visible inside community or portal. An Insufficient privileges error while accessing report.
These behaviors can occur due to any of the below scenarios. Please ensure that these are set accordingly to ensure access.
1 - The objects used in report must be PRIVATE in your environment's Organization Wide Default sharing settings and shared using a sharing rule with community or portal users.
2 - Report folder should be shared with community or portal users.
3 - Check User visibility Settings inside Sharing settings. Standard Report Visibility should be marked as true.
4 - If your report contains child and parent objects with master detail relationship, access to the parent object must be defined as PRIVATE. (See #1)
5 - Check profile settings for the community or portal user.
