Radian6 - Analysis Dashboard - Adding and Removing Users from Projects

Description Can users be added or removed from a project after it has been created?
Resolution Projects allow you to define which users can view and use your Topic Profiles, Managed Accounts, macros, and source filters. Users can be added or removed by the project creator as needed. For more information on Projects, please see the Radian6 Topic Profile User Guide.

Important notes
  • Only Project Creator's can add or remove users from a project. The Project Creator is listed at the top of the project beneath the Project Name.
  • Only users that are in the project will see the project listed in the Analysis Dashboard.
  • Users that are not in the project will not see the Topic Profiles set to Project Visibility only.
  • Users in a project cannot make changes to the Managed Account, Topic Profile, or source filter configuration that the project visibility is applied to. Only the Topic Profile owner, source filter creator, or user that registered the Managed Account can make changes.


To add a user to a project

1. Log in to the Analysis Dashboard.
2. Go to Configuration | Projects.
3. Locate and click the project in the list of available projects.
4. Select the user's name in the Available Users list.
5. Click User-added image to move the user to the Selected Users list.
6. Click Save Changes
 

To remove a user from a project

1. Log in to the Analysis Dashboard.
2. Go to Configuration | Projects.
3. Locate and click the project in the list of available projects.
4. Select the user's name in the Selected Users list.
5. Click User-added image to move the user to the Available Users list.
6. Click Save Changes
