We want to notify you of an important change regarding the availability and support of custom style sheets for Public Solutions.


You are receiving this email because you are a system administrator of a Salesforce organization that has a custom style sheet set for Public Solutions.


What is changing?

Customers must have the My Domain feature activated in order to use custom style sheets, also known as custom CSS, for Public Solutions. We wanted to give you advance notice so that you have as much time as possible to plan for alternative strategies.


Why are we making this change?

We are restricting access to custom style sheets for Public Solutions to ensure the most secure environment for your organization. Using My Domain for your organization enables you to better manage login and authentication, allowing you to add another layer of security by customizing your login policy.


What action do I need to take? is asking customers to use My Domain in order to continue using custom style sheets for Public Solutions.


You need to setup My Domain for your organization if:

  • You are using Public Solutions

  • You are not using My Domain

  • You are using a custom style sheet for Public Solutions


You do not have to take action if:

  • You are not using Public Solutions

  • You are using My Domain

The Public Solution website may not load the custom style sheets, so the page design will appear without your custom CSS.
