Token expires in Radian6 API

With the exception of authentication calls, your Radian6 API token is sent with each call you make. Your token validates that you're authorized to access the data that's returned from the call. When your token expires, you must update your calls to use the new token.


Radian6 API tokens expire when


  • Your Radian6 user password expiresA new password must be created and a new authentication call must be made to get your new token.
  • A new authentication call is madeNew authentication calls create new tokens, which expire the previous token. 
  • 14 days has passed since you last authenticatedTokens automatically expire after 14 days. You must re-authenticate to generate  a new token.
