When configuring Live Agent, where are the options for "Automatically accept chats" and "Re-route Decline requests"

Description As of Spring '14, two new Chat routing options are available:
  • Reroute Declined Chat Requests to Available Agents
  • Automatically Accept Chats After They’re Assigned to an Agent

Where are these options located?
Resolution The Routing Type for the button or invitation must be selected as "Least Active" or "Most Available" for the options to appear as choices.

From Setup | Customize | Live Agent | Live Agent Sessions | Chat Buttons & Invitations, click Edit next to the chat button. Options are located in 'Routing Information' section.
