Unable to change logo on Communities login page

Description User unable to change the logo on Communities Login page and gets an error message " You must select at least one login option' in the 'Options for External Users' section".
Resolution

Resolution: Disable SAML | Change Logo  | Enable SAML.

Follow below steps:

  1. From Setup | Administer | Security Controls | Single Sign-On Settings | Click Edit | Uncheck SAML Enabled | Click Save.
  2. Go to Setup | Customize | Communities | Manage Communities | Administration| Login & Registration | Header Logo "Choose file".
  3. Once the logo is uploaded  enable the SAML ( Setup |Administer | Security Controls | Single Sign-On Settings | Click Edit | check SAML Enabled | Click Save.)

Disabling SAML in your org would not cause any impact to your users, since this setting can be enabled immediately after uploading the Logo.

Note:

You may receive same Error message while 
changing the Community Logout URL
