Upon use, the Change Status Action becomes the default Action when subsequently viewing a Record

Description When using the "Change Status" Publisher Action, when subsequently viewing the Record that action becomes the default Action.
Steps to Replicate:
1. Have Case Feeds Enabled
2. Have Publisher Actions added with Email as the first Action
3. Create or View a Case Record
3a. Note that the Email Action is the default Action shown
4. Use the Change Status Action
5. Navigate away from the Record
6. Go back to the Record

Note: Change Status is now shown as the default Action (not Email)
Resolution This is working as designed and other actions may exhibit this same behavior.
