Not able to accept chatter invites when clicking the url invite from email

Knowledge Article Number 000199185
Description Unable to accept chatter invites, when clicked on the link, it redirects to old partner portal instead of the chatter group. This happens when you have a default browser who you haven't cleaned up yet.

Also, if you have several Salesforce Org and has only used 1 browser. This will save the credentials,cache and cookies.
Resolution 1. Reset the browser and/or use a different browser as default


2. Clear cache and cookies also include login and password history
