Not able to accept chatter invites when clicking the url invite from email

|Description||Unable to accept chatter invites, when clicked on the link, it redirects to old partner portal instead of the chatter group. This happens when you have a default browser who you haven't cleaned up yet.
Also, if you have several Salesforce Org and has only used 1 browser. This will save the credentials,cache and cookies.
|Resolution||1. Reset the browser and/or use a different browser as default
2. Clear cache and cookies also include login and password history
