Attempting to Save a Quote PDF is Unresponsive

Description After creating a Quote PDF, attempting to save the Quote (by clicking the disc image in the preview) is unresponsive and the pop-up to name the file and save does not display.
Resolution This issue occurs if Accessibility Mode is enabled for the affected User.  Accessibility Mode disables certain UI features.  If Accessibility Mode is disabled, the User will be able to save the Quote PDF as expected.
