Removing Picklist values from Web-to-Lead Form

Description Admins or Users may need to edit or remove certain picklist values on their web-to-lead form for different web sites.
Resolution If you want to edit or remove a value in a picklist field from your web-to-lead form, just follow the steps below:
  1. Open your current web-to-lead form in a notepad or notepad++
  2. Locate the name of the picklist field from the notepad
  3. Delete the line of the picklist value you want to remove (see sample web-to-lead form below)
