Multi-Monitor feature doesn't work for active Live Agent Chat tabs

Description With Multi-monitor enabled in an org, Users are not seeing the option to pop out a Primary Tab when that tab is an active Live Agent Chat. There is a grayed out option to pop-out the window or tab, but Users are unable to do select it.

Resolution This is expected functionality and a current limitation. Active -currently ongoing- Live Agent chats remove the ability to pop out Primary tabs. If you pop out a Primary tab prior to receiving a chat, then the chat will open in the pop out window. You cannot pop out that active Chat itself though.
