The Address To field on our inbound email is blank?

Description We are creating Cases by emailing an "On-demand" Email to Case routing address and the "To" Address of the inbound email is blank so we are not able to determine which email to case routing address was used to create the case.
Resolution Use the "Click here to view original email headers" link on the inbound email record to view the email headers.

If the "To" line of the email header is "To: undisclosed-recipients: ;" then the email was blind carbon copied to the routing address.

If you need the "To" Address to display the routing address then it will need to be carbon copied (CC)  instead of blind copied (BCC).
