|Description||A System Administrator resets the password for a user but the user gets the following email:
Your administrator has reset your password. However, your password cannot be reset at this time.
If you have any questions, please contact the salesforce.com administrator for your company.
If a user is not locked out and is active, their password reset emails should consist a temporary password and the password reset link. However, in some cases they get an email with the above message.
When you select this option, passwords can’t be changed more than once in a 24 hour period. Attempting to do so, will generate the following email:
