Webassessor Login Issues

Description I can't seem to recall my Webaccessor login details, I tried to reset my password but did not receive any email either. What are my options?
Resolution If you cannot remember your login details for your Webassessor test taker account, please follow these steps to reset your password:
  1. Visit http://www.webassessor.com/salesforce and select the “forgot password/username” link.
  2. Enter either your Webassessor Login or Email Address for your test taker account.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. Webassessor will send a reset password email to the email address associated with your test taker account in Webassessor. This email will include a link to reset your password. This link is temporary and will expire after a set time.
If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your test taker account in Webassessor, please Open a Case with the Salesforce Certification team to request that your email be updated.
