|If you cannot remember your login details for your Webassessor test taker account, please follow these steps to reset your password:
If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your test taker account in Webassessor, please Open a Case with the Salesforce Certification team to request that your email be updated.
- Visit http://www.webassessor.com/salesforce and select the “forgot password/username” link.
- Enter either your Webassessor Login or Email Address for your test taker account.
- Click Submit.
- Webassessor will send a reset password email to the email address associated with your test taker account in Webassessor. This email will include a link to reset your password. This link is temporary and will expire after a set time.
