If an agent leaves a customer’s chat unanswered for a certain amount of time, the tab associated with that chat flashes red with an exclamation point to alert the agent to attend to that customer.
If a customer terminates a chat with an agent, the tab associated with that tab displays an icon to show that the customer left the chat.
