What is the related standard report type name for objects that have master-detail or lookup relationship?

Description When 2 objects have established relationship through lookup or master-detail fields, a standard report type is automatically created. Here are just some of the basic standard naming conventions.
Resolution If your custom object, called Booking, has no master-detail relationship, you will have a report for the object itself, named "Bookings"
(Essentialy: "Plural Object name")

For just lookup relationships:

If your custom object called Booking has a lookup relationship (field name Barrister) to Contact Object then the report type name will show as "Bookings with Barrister"
(Essentialy: "Plural Object name" with "Lookup field name")

For just a master-detail relationship:

If your custom object called Booking has a master-detail relationship (field name Barrister) to Contact Object then the report type name will show as "Contacts with Bookings"
(Essentialy: "Master Object name (plural)" with "Detail Object name (plural)")

For a master-detail relationship with other lookups:

If your custom object called Booking has a master-detail relationship (field name Barrister) to Contact Object, and on Booking, you have a Lookup to Interviewer then you will also have a report type with name: "Contacts with Bookings and Interviewer"
(Essentialy: "Master Object name (plural)" with "Detail Object name (plural)" and "Lookup field name")
