Salesforce for Outlook "Unable to connect to Salesforce. Error in IMAPISession.OpenMsgStore:

Description After installing Salesforce for Outlook when using the Office 365 version of Outlook 2013 the user gets the error similar to the below in the dialog box on the desktop or in the Salesforce for Outlook log files.

"Unable to connect to Salesforce. Error in IMAPISession.OpenMsgStore: MAPI_E_FAILONEPROVIDERuIVersion: 0 Error: the File C:\....jdrock.ost is in use and cannot be accessed. Close any application that is using this file and then try again"
