Description When setting up you may notice that the User field is missing from user reports or user list views.
Resolution This issue usually occurs when Thanks is disabled.  Enabling Thanks will make the field available in both user reports and list views.  Follow these steps to enable Thanks:

1. Log-in as a Salesforce Admin

2. Navigate to Setup | Customize | | Settings

3. Under the Thanks Settings section check the box to enable Thanks.
