Work.com: Why can't I see the Work.com User field in User Reports or User List Views

|Description||When setting up Work.com you may notice that the Work.com User field is missing from user reports or user list views.|
|Resolution||This issue usually occurs when Work.com Thanks is disabled. Enabling Work.com Thanks will make the field available in both user reports and list views. Follow these steps to enable Thanks:
1. Log-in as a Salesforce Admin
2. Navigate to Setup | Customize | Work.com | Settings
3. Under the Thanks Settings section check the box to enable Thanks.
