Description How can Managers verify who is set as their direct report?
Resolution Variant 1: The manager can follow the steps below to see who is part of his/her team:

1. Navigate to Your Name | My Settings | Personal | Advanced User Details
2. Scroll down to the Team section
3. The listed provides a list of all team members and their manager

Variant 2: The Admin can create a report by following the steps below and share it with all Managers in the company:

1. Navigate to Reports tab, click on New Report... button
2. Search for Users and select Users with Managers report type under Administrative Reports folder
3. Click on the Create button
4. Drag and drop fields to the Preview section
  • Manager: Full Name
  • Active
  • Created Date
  • any other fields that you would like to see
5. Modify the report in order to see all users
  • Show: All users
  • Date Field: Created Date
  • Range: All Time
  • Add a Filter: Active equals True
6. Optional: Group by Manager: Full name
7. Save and Run the report
