Create Cases for Unanswered Questions in Chatter using Salesforce1

Description Starting with our Spring '15 release, you can now give moderators the ability to escalate questions in Chatter to Cases using the now Generally available Question-to-Case feature.
Resolution This requires that your organization have the Question-to-Case features enabled in your organization and is currently only available in the Salesforce1 mobile browser app.
