Unable to deactivate the user due to error "Error: You cannot deactivate a user who is a portal administrator"

|Description||Sometimes when we try to deactivate the user then it shows an error "Error: You cannot deactivate a user who is a portal administrator" and unable to deactivate the user.
This happens if the user is an administrator in the Partner Relationship Management Settings.
Change the user from admin to portal user only by the following steps:-
Please follow the steps below:-
1. Go to Setup
2. Click on Customize
3. Look for Partners
4. Go to Settings
5. Click on available portals
User should be present in the Administrator field(lookup field)
And then click Edit and make the field blank.
