Salesforce for Outlook Configuration Access for Group Edition and Contact Manager

|Description||Starting Winter '16, Group Edition and Contact Manager customers will have access to create and edit the Outlook Configurations for their Salesforce for Outlook (SFO) users|
|Resolution||Until now, Group Edition and Contact Manager customers were assigned to the default Outlook Configuration and have had no access to creating configurations or managing user configuration assignment. Since the default configuration is read-only, has specific settings for syncing records, and for adding emails and attachments, our customers found it limiting.
With the roll out of our Winter'16 release, GE and CM customers will gain access to Outlook Configurations and all SFO features will be unlocked for them. These features include the ability to allow users to select attachments when adding emails via the Side Panel.
