|Description||Users might have noticed that the Performance Summary Cycles with Requests Report and Performance Summary Requests with Answers report show different results.
|Resolution||Performance Summary Cycles with Requests Report displays the complete list of feedback request records for all the users that are part of the cycle. If you compare the results returned to the Performance Summary Requests with Answers report you may notice that a few records do not appear in the Answers report.
If a performance review has not been previously opened by the manager even once that record will not appear in the performance summary request with answer report. Opening the summary once triggers the auto save, and once the summary is saved for the first time it will create the Feedback record making it appear in the Performance Summary Requests with Answers report . If the review has not been opened, the feedback record is not created and that is the reason there are few records which may not appear in the report.
