Work.com: Tabs are not loading

Description Some customers may run into an issue where the following tabs will not load and instead just show an empty page:
  • Feedback
  • Goals/Objectives
  • Performance
The other Work.com tabs, such as Badges and Recognition will load without any issues.
Resolution This issue typically occurs when the following setting is enabled: Lock sessions to the IP address from which they originated 

Most of the Work.com tabs use the Salesforce Canvas feature, which allows content from an external source to be displayed within Salesforce.  As a result Work.com does not support that setting, but customers can disable it from Setup | Security Controls | Session Settings. It's located under the second subsection on that page.
