User's Events or Tasks are not displayed in Activity Reports

Description
On Activity reports, Task and Event records assigned to some Users are not displayed. Learn how to resolve this issue below. 
Resolution
Activity and Opportunity reports work based on the Role Hierarchy. If a User doesn't have role, their Tasks and Events will not be listed on the report. To resolve the issue, you'll need to assign a Role to the User. 


Assign a Role to the User

 
1. Click Setup | Administration Setup | Manage Users | Roles.
2. Click New Role.
3. Enter the role information.
4. Click Save.
