Email address not updated correctly when sending

Description
Learn why if you have one or more contact that has updated their email address in MSCRM 2011, sends via ExactTarget are going to the old email address.
Resolution
You likely have the old oAuth ApplicationID value configured in MSCRM 2011. This will need to be updated to the new value.

For Example: 


 
Old AppID:
6C7F3A46-9BFD-40E9-87IR-456577D4FFE7

New AppID:
b430be64-a657-4e02-96f9-31777fcda48d


Please confirm the AppID currently configured, and update to the new AppID if it's not already. The AppID can be found by following this path in MSCRM 2011:
