Remove User Mappings in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Integration

When a User in Microsoft Dynamics CRM no longer needs to be able to access Marketing Cloud Integration functionality the mapping can be removed. Learn the steps to remove the mappings below. 

Important: User Mappings that relate the Marketing Cloud User to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM User are stored within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You can modify them if you have System Administrator privileges within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.


Steps to remove the mapping

1. Click ExactTarget | ExactTarget Configuration | User Mappings. 
2. Select the checkbox next to desired User.
3. Click Enable ExactTarget.
4. In the Map ExactTarget Users dialog box, select the blank entry.
5. Click Save.
