Unable to direct where Inbox Tools alerts are sent in Marketing Cloud Email

All Marketing Cloud accounts that are integrated with Inbox Tools are set up with an email account that redirects back to Marketing Cloud. If you want to receive the Inbox Tools alert, please contact Support to have a new user created and to begin receiving the alerts.

Here's how it works

To begin receiving the alerts, an Admin user must contact Marketing Cloud Support and provide the email address that will receive the alerts. Marketing Cloud Support will set up the email address for these alerts.

If you wish to have the alerts sent to multiple users, it's recommended that you create a distribution list in your email (outside of the Marketing Cloud) and provide the distribution email to Marketing Cloud Support. Support will set up this email address so the alerts will be received by everyone on the distribution email list.
