Complaint deliveries show in Marketing Cloud reports

A complaint happens when a subscriber marks your email as "spam." Some email providers give the opportunity to allow the sender to receive these complaints. This is called a Feedback Loop. 

When a subscriber marks your email as "Spam" in Marketing Cloud and their email provider is set up for the Feedback Loop, that subscriber will be unsubscribed from your emails. Therefore, the complaint has been delivered. Complaint delivery volumes appear in some of your reports such as the Account Send Summary Report and the Spam Complaints Over Time Report.
