A white screen appears when accessing "ExactTarget" tab

Learn how to resolve the white screen when attempting to access the "ExactTarget" tab in version 5 of the Marketing Cloud Connector.
This occurs when a component setting is missing or out of date in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connector. A Salesforce Administrator can resolve this by following these steps:
1. Click Setup.
2. Under Build, click Installed Packages.
3. Click ExactTarget for AppExchange - Fall 2007 Package.
4. Click View Components.
5. Click the ExactTarget tab located at the bottom portion of the screen.
6. Click Next until you are on step 3.
7. Change the "HTTP" to "HTTPS."
These steps may also be required for custom buttons as well.
