Marketing Cloud Email Program runs on old schedule

A recurring Program runs based on a snapshot of the schedule.  When the schedule is changed, the Program will need to be stopped then restarted using the new schedule.

To resolve, stop then restart the program

1. Go to Email | Interactions | Programs.  
2. Find the program you wish to restart, and then select the checkbox next to the program name.
3. Click Stop.
4. Select the checkbox marked Stop all future occurrences.  
5. Click Stop.
6. After you receive the green confirmation bar stating "The program has been stopped," select the checkbox next to the program.
7. Click Start.
8. Make sure the radio button marked Start using the recurring schedule is selected, then click Start.
