"Send Preview" button missing in Marketing Cloud Email

"Send Preview" allows you preview how an email will render for a recipient on your list. You must have access to the subscriber data in order to compile a preview of the email.
You won't have the "Send Preview" button available to you if "Remove access to lists" is selected in your User permissions. To enable "Send Preview," contact your Account Administrator to have them update your User permissions.
Your Administrator must deselect "Remove access to lists" in your profile and save the changes to resolve the issue.
Note for Administrators:
When you deselect "Remove access to lists grants" for a User, the User will now also have access to the lists within the Account, in addition to having access to the "Send Preview" button.
