Revoke User access to Lightning For Outlook

Description Salesforce administrators can revoke users access to Lightning For Outlook via the Salesforce for Outlook Settings Page.
Resolution In order to do this Administrators will have to navigate to:
 
Setup | Administration Setup | Lightning For Outlook | Settings
or
Name | Setup | Administration Setup | Lightning For Outlook | Settings

Here there will be a related list named Lightning For Outlook User Mapping this will show all users that have authenticated with Lightning For Outlook.  To revoke access for users the Administrator will have to click on the "Disconnect" Link under the "Action" column for each user that needs their access revoked.
