Partners Unable to modify LMO license record

Knowledge Article Number 000213323
Description Some Partners may get an error while attempting to update their LMA licenses. 

Resolution Steps to reproduce:
1) Login as admin to the Partner LMO ORG
2) Go to license record
3) Modify the license (number and or Expiration Date)
4) Receive error upon save (within the UI): 
sfLma.updateCustomerLicense: execution of BeforeUpdate caused by: System.UnexpectedException: null (System Code) 

We are aware of this issue, and the R&D is working towards resolving this issue. 

As a temporary workaround, please contact Salesforce Support, so that they would be able to fix the Licenses manually for the partner.
