"Restricted Domain" error in login history

Description When a User logs into Salesforce, and receives the error of "Restricted Domain" the customer is likely attempting to access the instance via a saved favorite or the customer is not entering the correct domain.
Resolution This usually occurs when the Organization Administrator:
  • Has enabled "My Domain" and has enabled "Prevent login from" 
  • The Redirect Policy is set to "Not redirected (Recommended)"
  • Or when trying to access if using a favorite or shortcut in your Web browser. 

To resolve the issue, please log in to your custom URL instead of the Salesforce login page at
