Problems with Sender Authentication Package domain in Reply Email Address
|Knowledge Article Number||000213341|
When you set up a Sender Authentication Package (SAP) form, you'll need to use a real, accessible email address as your Reply Email Address.
Your Reply Email Address can't include your SAP domain because any address using your SAP domain won't be a real email address (your subscriber replies are forwarded to your Reply Email Address).
If you used an email with your SAP domain as your Reply address (or any other inaccessible email address) in your Reply Management Settings, you can change it using the steps in our "Reply Mail Management" help documentation.
