Reply Mail Management is not appearing in the Email Admin section of Marketing Cloud

Under Admin | Account Settings, the Reply Mail Management (RMM) option doesn't appear. There are a few reasons why you may not see this option in your Account Settings of the Email Admin, outlined below. 


RMM is only available in certain editions

The Account must be Advanced, Agency or Enterprise Edition. Other Editions don't automatically include RMM. Contact your Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Executive to request a Sender Authentication package or a request for RMM services if you haven't purchased the Seder Authentication Package. 

RMM must be configured in your account

To configure RMM to appear in the Email Admin section, follow the steps in the Reply Mail Management documentation
