Why is Chatter Answer User in the User Detail page gets checked when I click on Edit?

Description Customer can sometimes notice that Chatter Answer User in the User Detail page gets checked when Edit is clicked on User record Detail.
 
Resolution This behavior is seen if the User is assigned the "Customer Community Login" User License.

Steps to reproduce (Best to always test in Sandbox or Trial/Dev Org):
  1. Create a User record
  2. Assign the "Customer Community Login" User License
  3. Ensure that Chatter Answer User is not checked
  4. Save
Click on Edit and you will notice that Chatter Answer User is checked.
If you click on Save, the checkbox stays even if you have not intended to turn it on.
This is Working as Designed.
